Design, direction, production, and client management of a packaging and identity redesign for Rhode Island’s official soda company. Initially just a packaging design project, I worked closely with the owners of Yacht Club to understand and rethink the inner workings of their business model. Determined to help their business grow I look critically at their distribution network (based on bottle return, a deterrent for many retailers) and worked to recreate a localized network with distribution "hubs" (predominantly locally-owned bodegas and delis) where Yacht Club products could be purchased and empty bottles returned, maximizing the distribution and efficiency of their bottle return model.
